Some shots from around the house.

We had some very nice time at home over the holidays.

Lucas invited himself over for some grandma time.

Here is a shot of 4 generations.

My mom & I renewed our Scrabble rivalry. At almost 84 years old she's still pretty crafty.

The boys and I relax a little.

Views from our house New Year's Day 2008

New Years Day, 2008 was winteresque. I thought my warm weather-friends and family might enjoy the views.

Betsy and I spent Christmas Eve and Christmas day with Jenny's famliy. It feels like our second home. Our clan is very blessed to have been forever linked to this amazing family.

So here are some photos of Christmas 2007.

My mom, Helen, spent a week with us. She is an amazing lady. The Lord has blessed her with the love of two Godly men: Francis my father who passed away in 1989 and Ken who has had a very profound affect on my life as well. Ken went to be with his savior in 8/2007. Both men loved my mom and she them. Even though she has 18 great grand children, Lucas has the honor of being the first great grandchild with my our last name.

This is an impressive array of both grandmothers and two of
Lucas' 4 great grandmothers. Jenny' grandmother Lola sits to
the right of my mother.

Here is the Santa's cutest helper. He was quite the center of attention.

Betsy and I got to have some very merry snuggle time.

Lucas and I found some quality time together. What you don't see in the picture is the TV remote. I was showing him some finer points to couch potato channel surfing.

Lucas and his two abuelos took him for his first sled ride.
